Clean Eating Chocolate Protein Bites (No Bake!)
Calling all chocolate lovers and Reese cup fans! I’m someone who absolutely loves a treat, but I also hate the feeling of going off track every time I get a sweet tooth. That’s why I love finding ways to satisfy cravings without added sugars or iffy ingredients. Bonus points if I can sneak in extra protein! These protein-packed chocolate peanut butter bites are my go-to when I want something indulgent that still supports my goals. That’s where these homemade chocolate peanut butter protein bites come in.
They’re rich, chocolatey, salty-sweet, and loaded with good stuff like healthy fats and protein. They’re also ridiculously easy to make. Let’s get into it.

Ingredients
- 1 cup 70% dark chocolate
- 3 tbsp grass-fed butter
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- Sea salt to sprinkle on top
Steps

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.

Add the dark chocolate to the melted butter and stir until smooth.

In a mini muffin pan, pour a small layer of the melted chocolate into each cup to form the base.

Place the tray in the fridge or freezer to let the bottom layer harden.

In a bowl, mix the peanut butter with the chocolate protein powder until it forms a thick, scoopable mixture.

Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the peanut butter mix into each cup, on top of the hardened chocolate.

Pour the remaining chocolate over each cup to cover the filling completely.

Sprinkle with sea salt once cooled (but not hardened) and place back in the fridge or freezer until fully set.
